Crafted from premium fabrics with meticulous attention to detail, The Fold London pieces are as versatile as they are timeless, seamlessly transitioning from boardrooms to special events.

The challenge.

Wanting to scale new customer acquisition throughout the UK, US and rest of the world, The Fold were struggling to achieve a profitable ROAS on their new customer campaigns.

Our strategy.

Originally having a very granular account structure, we immediately consolidated their campaigns into a modernised account structure. This new structure let us allocate budget more accurately between new and existing customers, whilst reducing the amount of spend stuck in learning across
Meta.

Working closely with the team at The Fold, we were able to quickly adapt our approach based on overall business performance, whilst In-depth creative reporting helped us to quickly spot high-performing ads and cut out lower-performing ones.
